I have been having this problem for a while. First off I have replaced all relays, the PCM, waterpump, thermostat, plugs, wires, and Opti all within last 5k miles. Now my car runs hot due to the fans not kicking on and the AC compressor does not engage. I can temp fix the problem by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then everything works for a day or two then the process starts all over. Any help to a permanent solution to problems would help.
