Mysterious noise????

Mysterious noise????
The last few days I have been getting a noise coming from the rear hatch that sounds like a bee doing a high pitched buzz. It only does it when I'm moving and when the a/c is on. Turn off the a/c and it goes away.I checked the weatherstripping but didn't see anything,any ideas? Thanks
