Ive had a few LT1 Camaros before and most of them had crap oil pressure.

Now the one I have now.

Cold start im at like almost 80psi.

After warm up it drops to like halfway, It will never go lower than half on the gauge.

When I floor it, it will go to like 70psi around that.

Is that like abnormal?

To be honest I don't trust the gauges...the only way you'll really know whats going on is to check it with a seperate known accurate gauge. Maybe somebody stuck a high volume pump in it

Sounds a little higher than most, but I would not complain.

An HV pump does not necessarily mean you will have more pressure.

Both of my LT1 engines have had high pressure like that as well.

it could be the oil too, what did you put in it?

My 93 Z28 with 121k miles has the exact oil pressure your describing. I use 5W-30 synthetic.
