Muffling open headers?

Muffling open headers?

Well i wanna put on my headers tomarrow but im gonna have to drive a few miles to the muffler shop to get it welded on to the cat...

so is there any way i can muffle the exhaust or temperarily attach the y-pipe to the cat...

cause if a cop hears me im getting pulled over.

Nope just put it in nutrl (sp?) HAHA sry drunk tonight. When you seee a cop just pass them like nothing is happening and also judt a little FYI, be sure to have your 02's either out or disconnected so you don't foul them out. You can connect them after the instaqll.

I doubt you're going to mess up the O2s if you're just driving it a few miles to the muffler shop. If a cop pulls you over just tell him that you're on your way to the shop and he'll most likely be cool about it, just don't do anything crazy.

Opps missed the few miles part Chris lol yea your right. As far as the cop thing goes, he just better hope he's going the direction of the shop he said he's headed to.
