Re: Mileage?

my moms last truck we bought used, can't remember the milage when we bought it but I know is was under 100K. When we sold it the odometer read well over 200K. Just goes to show you if you take care of your cars they will last and last. My camaro has a lil bit over 150K on it right now and I know if I keep taking care of her like I do she will go into 200K easily. But the only thing you have to remeber when you buy a used car is that you don't know how the car was treated. That car could have been loved on and taken extreamly well care for. On the other hand it could have been used and abused since the day it was made. Just take your time when shoping for used cars the right one will come along sooner or later. I'm glad I didn't take one of the first two camaros I came across and waited until the one I have now came along. Its is so much more better condition than either one of those combined.

As for repairs done on my car sine I bought it nothing really major besided the usualy stuff. Breaks, oil changes, coolant flushes, ect. I think I"m really about to have to drop a lot into my camaro because the on board computers won't communicate to any of the scanners I have access to, and I think I have an intake manifold leaking coolant so I think I"m gonna have to replace that soon and if I do do that I"m going to replace my fuel injectors and fuel pressor regulator. But I havn't really spent a lot of money on my car besides making it look nice.

Re: Mileage?

If you take care of it, it will last forever. My dad's truck has around 270,000 miles on it and it will still make the wheels spin EASY.
