Mechanical or electrical aftermarket gauge

I wanna purchase 2 gauge for my car from the ultra lite autometer series:

-Oil pressure gauge

I was looking at the mechanical one and the short sweep electrical.

Wich one do i choose

And also how do i install those because i dont wanna drill anything in my motor.

get the electric.

Any failure of tubing will leak the hot fluid inside the car.

Electric uses a sending unit......the holes are there allready so no drilling required...just a hole thru the firewall for the wires.

Electric is alot safer.

the temp goes in the head......you have a plug in the pass side now, the factory sending unit is in the drivers side.

the stock oil sender is behind the intake.....there is a plug on the side of the block over top of the oil filter you could use....

more than likely the gauge/sending unit will come with the adapters you will need
