Smile MadZ28 tune.

I cant believe how much of a difference ive felt just from the tune. My car hasnt run this good, been this fast or had this good of a throttle response since ive owned it. Im actually having a hard time keeping traction at times. I know that its just a tune but, If you have read my "dyno result post" then you would know what kind of trouble i was having with my A/F ratio. Ion fixed that and brought it back to where it was supposed to be. Plus all of the other goodies that come with his tunes. Im having it dynoed again tomarrow to see what the difference is but i know that my car doesnt flatten out like it used to at WOT. One VERY happy customer here!!

That's amazing!

What were your before and after #'s?? Also, was your A/F rich, or lean before?

Re: MadZ28 tune.

My numbers before where 212rwhp and 250rwtq before the tune when at WOT the A/F ratio was dropping to 10:1. Now 247rwhp and 275rwtq. Still kinda low for what i have done...i was hoping for 260+ but i think i can still go a little leaner, which will give me a little more, so i just have to have it dyno tuned up at fbody central in Baltimore MD. Over all though im happy with Ions service and obviously the difference from before. I thing my exhaust+headers is the only thing holding me back from 275+

Re: MadZ28 tune.

Where can you get the madz28 tune? Plus my car stock dynoed at 268 rwhp and 310tq, but I have a m6. Maybe my car is a factory freak.

Re: MadZ28 tune.

Yes it seems as though you do have an factory freak, and yes you having an M6 does make a HUGE difference. You can get a MadZ28 tune at www.madz28.com. Ion is very helpful and can fix alot of problems you may have as well as tune for certain upgrades you may have.

Re: MadZ28 tune.

Z28Vert19...remember that F-Body Central uses a Mustang Dyno, so numbers will be lower...I'm sure Bret can tweak your tune to get it right on the money...

Re: MadZ28 tune.

I just took out the shifter and cut it along with a pro 5.0 base for even more shorter shifts. Most people dont like the shifter but I dont really care I love it I can hit the gears so much more quicker.
