Is there supposed to be a splash guard that covers the crank pulley and the lower portion of the .cooling fans? All I seem to have are the 2 side shields. The one that covers the air injection pump and the overflow bottle. I don't have anything protecting the crank pulley, the bottom of the fans or the alternator. Thanks in advance.
