Lost key help

When I get my new key fob for the alarm, will my old one still be able to open my car, I think someone stole my keys.

No, just reprogram your new one. If someone stole your keys the door key will still open it though....

all fobs need to be present when programming, only the fobs used at that time will work, any old fobs will no longer work
