Loose drivers seat

My drivers seat is loose not front to rear but side to side.If I grabthe front of the seat and the headrest I can maybe move it almost .5". The frame is bolted firmly to the floor no movement there it seems to be in the runner itself. Any ideas.
Thanks
Josh

Also, try tightening the torex bolts on the sides of the seats were it pivots back anf forth. Have to take off the panel to do the outside one.

My passenger seat did that 2 me. I jus took all teh seats out so I could
1 fix that seat
2 vacuum everyone really well
3 find all the change that sliped out of my ash tray, down the center console and under the front carpet.

What I ended up with was a fixed seat, a clean car and $4.37 richer

all it was on mine was the front left bolt was loose
