Long-Term Storage Tips (1-4+years) For 1996 SS

Bought an M3 for a daily driver back in September. Just couldn't bring myself to part with the SS, and wanted something a little smoother-riding.
Currently it's residing in MO and will be for the foreseeable future. I'm not planning on driving it for 3-4+ years and I want to make sure it's in as good a shape as can be while in storage and once I come get her out.

Anyhoo, I've done a search, and have some experience with short-term (winter) storage with her, but haven't found much in the way of longer storage do's/don'ts.

I'm planning on putting it up on blocks, removing the battery, placing mothballs throughout, stabil, covered. But what else? It's going to be in a non-climate-controlled garage in MO. No plans to start it over the period of time either.

What else should I look for when putting this thing away for a while over the Christmas holiday?

Thanks for the help as always.

I would get it undercoated like there is no tomorrow. Condensation will be a big concern in a garage with no heat or anything. Look into engine fogger too. It will help to keep the cylinder walls from rusting over that period of time. You would be much better off if you could get is somewhere with HVAC or at least heat for a long storage like that.

Do not stabil the fuel; drain it out. Stabil will not help he fuel if it's sitting for over a year.

Honestly, there isn't a good way to store a car that long without it needing work afterwards.

Leave it low on gas, take the wheels off and put them in bags (to prevent flatspot/rotting) leave the gas tank low

make sure to change all fluids when starting for the first time in the future.
