Location of Turn Signal relay

Having troubles with passenger taillight turn signal not working. There was a bulb burnt out so i replaced that (with a 2057) and the blinker still won't work in the rear. I was thinking that maybe it was the turn signal relay. Used search and couldn't really find where the relay is located. Can anyone help me with the location of the relay or possibly a picture? Thanks!

Does the turn signal just stay on? If so it might be the flasher. That is located underneath the steering column. The plastic piece is held up by 2 or 3 screws, I can't remember. Remove the screws, remove the plastic cover, and the flasher is located to the right of the steering column. Looks like this

Pull it out and put in a new one. Hope that helps man.

First check: Your emergency flasher is a seperate unit. Turn your emergency flashers ON. If your lights flash, it's the turn signal flasher and not the bulbs.
Use your turn signals R and L. If any of the lights flash, right side or left, front or rear, it's not the turn signal flasher but a bad light or socket/ground.

Yes when i turn on the emergency flashers they do work. I replaced the bulb and it lights up, but the flasher just stays on and doesn't blink. So is that just the turn signal flasher then that needs to be replaced?

When my turn signal light failed a new flasher fixed it. But yeah, like Z28SORR said, check your sockets/grounds as well.
