Liner starting to droop

I was cruisin yesterday on the highway with the tops off. It was an enjoyable drive until I noticed the liner starting to flap around. It was flapping infront by the edge of the windshield, rearview mirror. I was just wondering how you fix this? Certain kind of glue?

Re: Liner starting to droop

The headliner material is really manufactured cloth attached to a thin foam backing. The foam is glued to the rigid headboard. What happens is the material separates from the foam. The foam is still attached to the headboard, but the cloth has seperated from the foam. You can't really re-glue the cloth to the foam w/o it looking pretty getto. Had my complete headboard (solit roof, no T-Tops) done for $125.00 at an upholstery shop that does headboards. There also are DIY kits out on the internet. Search 'Headboard repair'. I usually do all my own work, however to me the low cost was not worth trying it. Here is a video [autostream]http://autostream.com/camaroz28/?page_type=firebirdplayerthumbnail&framepage=2667& transactionid=1341078646-241262268&posted_by=bobdec_www.camaroz28.com&youtu be_video_id=-MmT72NDtTs[/autostream] that shows the process.
