I have a leaky heater hose assembly and am having a hard time finding the correct part. It is leaking from either the bent hose (12) or the connector (13) in your diagram.

Does anyone what these parts are listed as or the part # by chance? (heater hose xxxx?) Also is this something I can get at an autoparts store or a special part from a dealer?

 

10188036 is #13

10209522 is #14 and discontinued

10146991 is # 15

or 10236039 for the assembly. i would go with the whole assembly.
