I have a 93 6 speed a few months ago the speedo went crazy no cruise so I replaced the vss and it fixed it the a month later the speedo dropped to zero and has stayed there even after replacing the vss

I have tested the yellow wire from computer to plug and I get .08 ac volts and on dc volts
The meter bounces everywhere but I still get code 24
Does this mean its internal with the computer? I probed wired all the way inside the computer and its always the above readings key on and even key on running
I even jumped wire with a new one all the way to plug
Is there a way to transfer 5v power to that wire in computer or is it rebuild time for computer
