To many collectors, $30,000 is chump change. It's always amusing to listen to people find reasons to cut down the hobbies of the wealthy, when the real reason is simple jelousy. If I had a collection of F-bodies and was wealthy I would not hesitate to spend that kind of money on the last of a breed. But, I'm just a normal Joe... That's not the world I live in. Maybe someday.

Amen brutha....
If the car is indeed the last, that makes it historical.

It's actually the next to the last Camaro built according to the newspaper clipping that is in the photos. Also, the car in the photo has an SS hood, yet the car in the auction does not

Why would all the employees at the plant gather around the car for the picture if it wasnt the last one sold?
Now that I look more closely, the one in the picture looks like a convertible. Ok, now I'm confused. Are my eyes playing tricks on me?

Re: Last camaro made on ebay
I think this guy is full of s**t if you ask me. I think he went to the auction, lost the car and decided to build his own and say it was the last one, because how many of the ppl that went to that auction would be looking on ebay for a 4th gen camaro? none, so there would be no one to prove him wrong, but hey that's just me, i could be wrong. but it is a good conspiracy theory, right?
