Just a quick brake line question

Hey everyone, I have a 1994 z28 and the main brake line running from the front to the back of the car burst. Where can I buy the line? I know its about 12 1/2' long and shoebox's site says its diameter is 5mm. Autozone just has 3/16,1/4 and larger. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance

The rear pipe is 6 mm on the diagram. 1/4 is 6.3500 mm.

Thanks, I couldn't quite make out the number on your diagram and thought it was 5mm. Anyway thanks again.

Inline Tube offers a complete set of brake lines. You could check and see if they will sell just the one you need or buy the set. Inline tube - Online Catalog - Chevrolet

Re: Just a quick brake line question

I looked at the parts catalog and 93s use 1/4" and 94s use 6mm, but they both use the same fittings. Since they both use the same fittings its possible 1/4" would work if you want to make a line. I think ISO bubble flares are used on both ends of that tube. You can look at your old tube to be sure.
