Cool Just installed my Odyssey PC680 Lightweight Battery

This came out super nice. I gota some basic hardware and I made the top plate out of 1/4 metal.

Looks really good, how would you say that battery performs on a daily driver? I was interested in installing that battery to shed some more pounds but am curious as to its reliability on the street.

Nice! How is that batter compared to say, an Optima or Diehard, for daily duties, dependability, blah, blah? What's it comparable to?

I like the size of it, that's very cool

thanks! Not sure yet, I daily drive to car so I'll find out. It weighs about 1/3 of the original battery.

Before I bought my Odyssey 925MJ I spoke with a number people and they all told me that for drag racing only, the smaller units would be fine. For DD use, they would not do a very good job.

Hope it works for you.

I've tried batteries like that in the past on a daily driver. Always left me stranded sooner or later. Be great to install at the strip on a street/strip car though.

I guess I wont be going with that after all, I will just stick with my previous plans for the Optima.
