i needed to replace one of my rear panels in my z. i went to a few auto part stores and was looking for paint to do the replacement panel ( the ones i baught are tan, i have a gray. i was told buy each store that the color was different, ex 1 said gray (duh) another said graphite, and another said dark grey. my question is where in the codes on the inside glovebox door is the color code for my car ?

 

Look for one that has an "I" on the end (ex. 12I, which is graphite). That is your interior trim color RPO. The year of the car is also important when locating colors. Sometimes the color may look the same, but be called by a different name in another year.
