Ignition Enhancers- Coils, Wires, Cap/Rotor's?

On stock to lightly modified motors, are these actully worth it? Do they enhance spark and increase power? Or are these only needed after massive modifications to bring in more spark?

Stock stuff works fine on stock to mild applications. An ignition box may come handy when forced induction come into play and if the Opti fails, it makes for a good opportunity to upgrade to a Delteq, LTCC, or Dynaspark unit.
