How to remove the headlight housing?

I have a 94 z28 camaro and I need to remove my headlight housing. It's that black plastic piece that holds the headlights. Is it a easy job to do? Any info would help. - Mike

Are you replacing headlights or something more?

No I did that round headlight conversion and I'm trading another person the whole headlight assembly - since I cannot use the one on my car since it's modified already. Just wondering how hard is it to get out - Does it invole taking the bumper off or anything like that?

There may be some bolts from the back side. I'm not really sure. I don't think bumper removal is necessary.

I've put two new front bumper covers on my car in the last 6 months... replaced the headlight bar (or whatever it is called) 1 time.

I think you'll have to take the bumper cover off (which is pretty easy) in order to get to the headlight bar.. (which is held in by 6? 10mm bolts)

Biggest hassle will be the metal bracket that has the two front hood stops... I think if you were able to remove that first somehow, you might not have to take off the bumper cover??
