how intense is the emmissions checks in Arizona?
Currently live in Tempe, work in Phoenix. I've been thinking about pulling the AIR pump to clean up the engine bay, and adding a set of longtubes with true duals. Being a '93 OBD-1 car, what are the chances that I'll fail the visual check?
