sup folks, just bought this car last week and deciding now to work on it. well i have a problem. Im trying to replace the front speakers and i need to remove the plastic the speaker screws into and replace it with another.

i really dont know what its called but here's a pic of what im talking about. pic quality sucks due to it being taken from my phone and brightness



in order for me to be able to take that out i need to take off the plastic thats around the instrument cluster but the damn headlights **** is in the way. once again here's a pic to show you



Now onto the RPM Gauge problem. For whatever reason it works the opposite way. if it was correct, the gauge would be at 1000rpm when you start up the car, but for mine its at 9000. hit the gas and the needle goes past 10000. what do i need to do to fix that?
