How do I recalibrate my gauge needles?

well, put on the Nu Image guage face the other day. I got the mph, rpm, gas and voltage needles right, but I know the oil pressure and engine temp are off. How do I recalibrate these? can the dealer do it? I know about where my engine temp should be, so once I take every thing apart again I will be able to get that one right, but I have no clue what my oil pressure is. Right now, when I start the car, the oil presure jumps up to 70 psi, and I know this cant be right. How can I figure out my oil pressure?

When the ignition is on but the motor is not running the oil pressure should read 0.

Otherwise, you can get a mechanical guage and calibrate it off that.
