How do I get the "front plate cover" on my 99TA?

How do I get the "front plate cover" on my 99TA?
My girlfriend bought me that little cover that takes up where the front plate would be for 99 WS6, I'm just wondering what I need to put it on? Any specific hardware? Does it just screw on?

Pretty easy.
2 little plastic tabs up top, and 2 screws on the bottom.
You have to push the bottom of the cover up slightly to access them. (the screws )
