My steering wheel used to sit perfectly straight, but someone tried to steal my car a few weeks ago, and i ended up having to replace the steering column. now, my wheel is like an 8th of a turn to the right. Is there any way to adjust this? the wheel only goes on one way

 

You can center it using the tie rod ends. Make sure you count the turns and turn both sides the same amount so you dont screw up the allignment.

I wonder why it is off?

 

I don't know i'm assuming the column is twisted or something. Doesn't really matter... I duno, i ended up modifying the steering wheel so it's adjustable... so problem solved until i get a new column and do it right.
