Which hoses for heater core flush???

Please forgive me it's my first time dealing with the no heat issue. I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm not quite clear on what two hoses need to be flushed. Is that the only place I remove the hoses is at the water pump? I read shbox instructions, I just want to be clear on the proper hoses to flush. BTW where is the heater core located?

its in the firewall. the two hoses will be the only ones that go that way.

It's pretty hard to miss the hoses that go back to the firewall. It's the two small hoses/pipes from the pump on the passenger side.

Re: Which hoses for heater core flush???

Thanks for the help. I'm going to flush the heater core the first chance i get. Do I have to drain the radiator when flushing or can I just flush the heater core and then refill the loss of coolant and bleed the system?

Draining it might be neater in the long run, but you can do it either way. You can't avoid some mess by the hose flushing.
