how do i get my emergency brake lever handle off so i can slip the console up??? i see a little screw thats holding it on from the side, but its the actual hole in the screw is round, how do i get that out???

You can just yank the ebrake all the way up. That's what I do.

 

There's no need to take off the parking brake handle to remove the console. Just pull the handle all the way up, then remove the console.
