Help with AC Pressure Readings

Does someone know what engine RPM the published "A/C Performance Chart" is based on for taking refrigerant readings?

I think my AC is a bit low on refrigerant--as my air could be colder and my compressor seems to be cycling a bit much. I have a refrigerant manifold to perform a pressure test, and I found the specs for high and low pressure vs ambient temp...but in all my searches, I couldn't find what the appropriate RPMs are for the "A/C Performance Chart."

Thanks for any help...

It's at engine idle speed, but not specific. Another page says to have the engine idling for 20 minutes before starting diagnostics.

Re: Help with AC Pressure Readings

Yeah Marc,
I charged my 96 just last Sunday and with a 72 degree day, the pressure would be 35-45. I did also have the engine idling for about 10 minutes & kept the air on max cool. Now it seems to pumping real cold again!
