help!!! ABS INOP!!!
help!!! ABS INOP!!!
Alright - so a couple days ago, my car put on a little light show of warning lights after starting it up after it had been sitting for only 2.5 weeks this time. Next day, no warnings - and now today - the pattern seems to be as follows: ABS INOP is always on. BRAKE goes on randomly - and when its on, usually LOW TRAC light is on as well. If I pull up the ebrake myself, the brake light obviously goes on....but now the LOW TRAC light blinks and you can hear the unit clicking under the hood. Put the ebrake down, and the blinking stops - and it may stay lit solid or go off completely. More often than not: ABS INOP is always on (all else off) if ebrake is down -- pull ebrake and add a flashing LOW TRAC light to the ABS INOP.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

All of those lights will also come on if the connections on the ground block by the battery are corroded or rusted. I would take off the 10mm nut and clean off all of the connections and see if that solves the problem. "

---basically the same question I asked was asked -- thanks 200GTP!!!
---I'm 99.99% sure this is my problem since it is not consistent -- AND I stripped my battery terminal so when I stored it last I unbolted at these secondary locations and did not over-tighten or clean it, etc.
