Help 93z28 winding noise!!

My buddy has a 93 z28 and his car just started winding its worse when he turns his wheels, the car has plenty of steering fuild what else could it be??

All the fluid in the world wont help if the pumps going out. Either that or it needs bled. To do that, take the cap off and SLOWLY turn the wheels. If its still making noise, time to replace that bad boy.
