Neither the heater or air conditioning will work in my car. Ocasionally, the air conditioning will blow, and the heater slowly blows air (only some times). ?However, it doesn't blow hard enough to warm the car. The heater fans seem to blow a little harder if the engine is at highway speeds, but even then it doens;'t blow as hard as normal.

What are you guys thinking? Does it sound like a blower motor issue? The resistor?

 

Does the blower motor speed function normally just using the fan speed settings?
