Well I just recently replaced the gear with a brass one in my passenger side headlight. It has worked fine for about two months then all of a sudden tonight when I shut off my headlights then both go down then the passenger side one pops back up. I turn them back on and the driver side pops up and the passenger side goes down then back up. Anyone have a clue what this is? I searched but all I found was info on the grinding noise that I was getting before and that is not happening...just the one up one down. Thanks!

 

Can anyone give me somewhere to start looking to try to fix this problem??? I dont even have a clue what to test first. Thanks
