has anyone tried one of these ebay shifters?

like the title says...has anyone tried one?

I've never heard of it, but for 20 bucks you could throw it away if it sucks!

Nope, haven't tried, but I'm pretty sure that the same issues that are associated with the cheap Ebay CAI's etc. (poor fitment/quality/finish etc.) will follow these, too.

You get what you pay for. It might work properly, it might not.

I tried one of the cheap Ebay CAI's for my wife's Expedition and that damn thing wouldn't come even close to fit on it. Got my money back, though, but I learned my lesson.

I thought i read somewhere that those ebay ones were almost an exact copy of one of the popular kinds like pro5.0 or something. But i have an auto so i dont know much about sticks.

At that price, how can it not be crap?
And they could not even get an example to photograph that did not have the corners of the base dinged up.
