had anyone made the LT1 hood functional

seeing that thread on the ss hood for an LS1 and the guy asking if anyone made it functional gave me a thought.

Has anyone made the LT1 hood functional ???

The SS lt1 hood is functional. The regular hood isn't. If I remember correctly GM tried to make the regular hood functional and it didn't work out/wasn't worth it.
