Gone gone gone

I sold my 68 RS this morning, I hauled the motor and tranny out last night, I got quite a bit for the body but I miss it already. I can always get another first gen body but I think I'll wait till spring.

That sucks Dude. I bought my '69 Bird about 6 months ago for $1100. I'll probably keep it forever though.

Re: Gone gone gone

Well the guy wanted the body, with no motor or tranny and was dwilling to pay me 22,000 for an RS 327 car. I can get another body because I run an aftermarket power train so I could give a crap what the original options were. (Im not saying if I had an all original car woth good options I would tear it up in favor of my combo, thats why I look for low option cars. I culdn't sleep at night if I cut up an original RS/SS 396 car).
