Gatta replace the Positive Battery Terminal

My Battery recently died and when I went to remove it, I stripped the bolt nearly instantly, Kept messing with it and a piece of the battery came out WITH the terminal. Basically since the battery was leaking acid, it fused the positive receptor to the positive terminal, I tried to remove it but it ain't budging so I had to cut the entire terminal out... How hard is it going to be to replace the terminal as I've never done this before... What do I need to do?

shouldn't be that hard just either follow the wires back and repalce the stock wiring or should be able to just cut the main hot wire and the battery and crimp on a new terminal.. just make sure you leave enough slack so it can still reach the battery

Reason I was asking was because it LOOKED as if the stock wiring was sautered onto the terminal... I rarely touch anything electrical, Can I use chan-locks to crimp the wire onto the terminal? Also there's 3 wires that go into the positive terminal, I wanted to make sure that it was okay that all three of them touched...
