Funky vibration

I've been getting a vibration lately. At first I thought it was the motor mounts. It would vibrate if I started the car cold and would do so for a couple of minutes. It would go away after. The revs would stay rock steady at 700 rpms, so it wasn't missing.

-I get some vibration when I'm letting it cycle down from 4k+ rpm in gear.

-It feels like clutch chatter when I'm easing it out in first gear, keeping the revs at 500-800 rpms. The clutch doesn't feel like it's having issues though, just the vibration that would go along with it. If I go higher rpms it isn't that bad.

I tore my tranny mount and replaced it with a ES poly one a few months ago, sans plate. I had no issues before this week though.

Does this sound like motor mount issues or something i the driveline, like the flywheel? I had it balanced and have over 10k miles on it.

Does it still vibrate if you depress the clutch? What do your belts look like, any unususal sounds?
