Formula to Firehawk?

What are the main components that SLP added on in 1993 that mod the Formula into the Firehawk?

I was watching American Muscle Car, and the Firehawks just blew me away. Does anyone know the other mods, aside from the Ram Air, SLP 17" wheels... did they use SLP headers, exhaust, etc?

Thanks... just curious!

17in wheels, suspension components, ram air, SLP cat-back, NO headers, and the decals. Thats all I know of for sure but their could be other things.

SLP did duild some 3rd gen cars with internal engine mods but they are quite rare. Basically it's like the SS package and is mostly for looks.

Re: Formula to Firehawk?

It is different then the WS6 due to the suspension and it came with the 2OTL catback. LT1 Firehawks didn't have many options available, they included embroided floor mats, 17" wheels, ram air with composite hood (lighter by 20%) 2OTL exhaust and bilstein suspension with SLP springs. The LS1 cars offered alot more, such as differential, lid, optional spoilers etc. If you tried to "convert" your car to a Firehawk it wouldn't have any value if thats what you are looking for. SLP put decals explaining the alterations on the car, not to mention you won't have the RPO code for the package. Also the exact Firehawk hood isn't available anymore, they have very similair ones but they aren't the same, the WS6 hood has squarer nostrols on the front.
