I am going to be installing some OEM fog lights in my 02 Z28. It did not originally come with them. I have a set of lights and have already installed the dash switch. The connector for the switch was already there, I just plugged it in. The switch even lights up when the headlights are on.
My question is, does anyone know if the wiring harness for the fog lights were already installed on a car that did not come originally equipped with fog lights? I would tend to believe that it was because of the wiring for the dash switch already being there. I just can't seem to find it. Thanks for any help

Am planning the same thing with my '01 V6. First tried to locate any wires, then went to my local Chevrolet dealer in Riverhead, NY. Two men behind the parts counter said my vehicle was not equipped with any wiring for the foglights if they did not come from the factory installed with them - must wire it myself.
