Fog lights not working after engine swap?

Any ideas on what the hell I may have unplugged and forgotten to plug back in when the engine was pulled? The foglights are plugged in to the lighting harness and the headlights run fine, the light indicator on the foglight switch even works! This has me baffled to hell. I tried to take them out but I couldn't get the brackets out of the hole in the bumper. They don't fit through. Is there a way to take the lights off the brackets?

Do you have a voltmeter handy? If there is power present at the socket, then you can eliminate the rest of the wiring as the problem.

Hi,
Removing the fog lamps is a simple task.Just undo the spring-loaded screw that is above the lamp, then you will find a plastic rivet each side of the lamp which it pivots on.Gently ease out the rivets with a small flat-bladed screwdriver and the lamp will come away from the car. Then you can test your wiring directly at the weather proof plug.

Great info Mark, thanks. The Haynes manual tells to reach under the car and undo the brackets, and I got them undone and they wouldn't fit out! So I wasted about 20 minutes struggling under the car to get them undone and then put back in for no reason.
