Fastest Stock 93-97 Camaro Z 28
Okay my bad.
Camarosource:Features:
1999 was the 1ST year in which the new ASR (Acceleration Slip Regulation) [Traction Control] was introduced and available on Coupe and Convertible, helps provide traction on most slippery surfaces. The system works in tandem with the four-wheel antilock brake system to provide greater driver control and improved traction on slippery surfaces. In addition, the V8 system is calibrated to allow for some wheel slip during acceleration when beneficial to driving conditions.

Tcs...
I may be corrected later, but TCS was more of an option on the pontiacs than the camaros (LT1s, don't know about the LS1 cars).
I had a 94 Trans Am GT auto that was equipped with it and my friend's '95 TA auto also had it. I've had 2 Z28's, a '93 and a '95, neither had this feature, one an auto, one M6. Additionally, my '97 Firehawk M6 did not have it as well. I had not heard of it being offered on '93-'97 Camaros, but I may be mistaken.
