ive got a buddy w/ a 94 formula and the fans act wierd. if u start the car,the fans will come on after running about 15 seconds. They will shut off when u put it in gear,but come back on in 10-15 seconds. They dont come on when u turn Max A/C on,but I think he said they come on when u turn it to blow at your face and feet.

You guys ever heard of some $hit like this? what could be the problem do u think,a bad relay? I think its got like 3 relays just for the fans.
