How much would it cost to get a used CD changer, where are they supposed to go in the trunk, and will it plug in easy on my non-cd mosoon?

 

The factory changer goes on the driver side hump in the rear trunk area. (next to the opening where people put the stealth sub boxes at)

Came factory in my 2001 SS, with a Tape deck monsoon, so assuming your 1999 tape teck is the same, it will work. You access it using the AUX button on the radio
