EVAP Rubber 90° Elbow On Intake Manifold

Hi,

Does anyone know this part, and where a replacement can be had?

That’s not part of the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system. That is part of the EVAP system that purges fuel vapor from the carbon canister in the driver side rear fender. Check Shoebox’s parts list, he has the GM part # but I think it’s discontinued.. Others have simply replaced it with a 90° spark plug boot.

Thanks Fred!

Is it possible for you to edit the title to reflect EVAP and not EGR/AIR systems?

I'll see about a spark plug boot.

Spark plug boot looks like it should work fine.

You could put a bit of black RTV on the small end before you insert the tube. It is a vacuum line.

It does feel slightly loose there, was thinking a small hose clamp. RTV is a good idea.

What a great idea. I have 3 LT1 engines and all three have rotten 90s.
