I am not a gear head but very mechnicaly inclined. I have metal shavings in the oil. and a loud knock in a 1995 camaro lt1.
shure i am looking at a rebuild or new engine. sounds like this is a very spicific motor for this year. if i buy a 383 stroker what do i need to be aware of when trying to bolt up all the stuff to the new motor like air condis, inatke or do i look for a turnkey creat motor.
or do i just rebuild whats wronk with the motor i have probably a new cranck and bering set/
