Has anyone been able to get a hold of these guys, on the forums, e-mail OR on the phone??? I desperately need a replacement set as my originals from them are arching. I had to cancel my out of state trip because I can not get a hold of them. I have been trying to reach them for about 5 days now calling, e-mailing and checking the forums and no luck. I even left a few messages on their voicemail system. I hope they weren't in the hurricane, does anyone have any info on them?

 

I can't remember exactly, but I do believe they are a Florida based company in which case the hurricane may have disturbed their operations. Otherwise, they are a very reputable company and seem to go out of their way to provide top-notch customer service and products so hang in there, I'm sure he'll get in touch with you soon.

 

Things always happen to me at horirble times! I know they are a Florida based program. I noticed how Maldo hasn't been online since the 23rd. I really hope that company is ok!

 

Hopefully everything is okay and it is just a temporary thing. These hurricanes have been unrelenting lately.

 

They got hit by the eye of wilma just like me, so they might not be as luck as a lot of us and might still be without power...

Hi guys we are currently down with no power or phone ... (we are working from a few remote lab tops via satellite internet (which sucks) powered by a generator
Please bare with us while we recover. (pass the word out)
At this point we are working hard to answer all your emails and orders and returning calls via personal cell phones (when they work) .
We are not sure when power will be back up ( Hopefully we should be able to start shipping by next week)

o man so thats whats wrong..ive ordered a set of wires last monday and ive been calling and calling no answer...ok well i hope you guys get up quickly and saftley because i need that set of wires quick cause my dam headers burnt my wires......
