Okay I noticed when I start my car the volts read on the dash at the 3/4 mark. Anyways the car runs good. But once it gets warmer the gauge goes around half ways between half and 3/4 and i notice at idle it will bounce to about 13 and come back up sometimes really take a dive then back up then the next time it will flicker slightly, and it does this when the motor stumbles at idle.
Also when pulling to a stop light and i press the brakes it gauge flickers back regains itself but when i fully come to a stop it slowly drops to about 12 on the gauge then will pull itself back up to normal. And when in park it is steady but into drive or neutral the gauge takes a dive.
So i am assuming what ever electrical problem I have is causing the idle stumbling cause it only does it up to about 1500 other than that the car runs perfect.
But all the igniton is new other than opti, no codes, new wires new coil new coil wire and alt and 1yr old batt, and spaced icm further away.
Any help would be great thanks

First thing that comes to my mind, doesn't sound like an electrical issue, sounds like you could possibly have a vacuum hose leak for the motor to fluctuate at idle and drop like that. And when the motor dies down like that, it would cause the battery meter to drop down as well.
Just a thought, to check your vacum hose lines, make sure there are no leaks.

My gauge used to read really low until my ignition switch finally went out and when I was replacing it I noticed the connector was almost melted. Now my gauge reads almost to the 3/4 line and with my fans on and ac going it never goes under 13. It used to almost go into the red under these conditions.
They may not be connected but it would make sense that if a decent sized power wire under the dash is grounding it could play with the gauge like mine was.
