how do i go about fixing this? it moves but 95% of the time its not enough to even lift it up on the window.

 

Last summer my driver's side wiper stripped off of the post that it is mounted to and it sounds like this might be what happened to yours. Take it off and check it out. In my case, I didn't feel like spending the money for a now component here so I just JB Welded the wiper to the post and it works fine.

 

Yup: JB Weld. I used it on my spark plugs and they have loosened up one bit since I installed them.

 

I JB welded my gas pedal to the floor. I get places much more quickly now. That stuff rocks! I haven't been late for work once since I did that!
