The driver side power window works sometimes and goes out randomly. When not working the relay clicks. And it doesnt line up right. Any one know what the problem is.

Could be the window motor or something in the window mechanism that is binding or broken("doesn't line up right"). Probably going to need some inspection with the inner door panel removed.

autozome is cheap, about $60 if i remember correctly. And they have a lifetime warrenty. dealership runs around 170, but you can also try gmpartsdirect.com if you want factory. I just checked, it is 87 plus shipping. but no lifetime warrenty.

I have the same problem! when I press the button on the the door to have my passenger side window roll down...sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt...Is it the switch? or the motor? I know on the drivers side the window goes up really slow...and stops half way...then I have to wait and Do it again to get it down completely. Any help here?

Sounds like you need a new motor.

I have seen cracked driver side window switch causing intermittent electrical issues like what you are experiencing. I would check voltage at the passenger window while pressing the switch and wiggling it and see if it cuts out. 9 out of 10 times it is just a motor, but you never know! Keep us in mind when replacing that passenger side window motor.

Yes, that was the price of the window motor.

Also, look at what autotrix said, I had that issue too. The cover to the switch was cracked on one side, making the connection a bit intermitten.
